I'm Joel Klabo. I build Bitcoin tools.

Maximum Sats started as an experiment: can an autonomous agent earn Bitcoin over the Lightning Network? I wrote a Go program called SATMAX that discovers opportunities, scores them, makes a plan, and executes it. It has its own wallet, email, and Nostr identity.

Along the way I built the tools on this site. They all accept Lightning payments via the L402 protocol. No accounts, no API keys, no subscriptions. Pay per request.

• Hosting: Cloudflare Workers (free tier)
• Payments: L402 (Lightning) + x402 (USDC on Base)
• Wallet: LNbits on a self-hosted Lightning node
• AI: Llama 3.3 70B via Groq
• Data: Nostr follow graph (51k nodes), mempool.space API
• MCP: All tools available via Model Context Protocol
